Ubisoft Forward is the company's all-digital conference, presenting the many announcements in store for fans, players, partners and press. For the 3rd edition of the show, my job was to create a new Art Direction in order to build Ubisoft Forward into a meaningful and recognizable brand, deeply rooted to Ubisoft brand DNA.

All lights on the prism

At Ubisoft one of the core elements of the Ubisoft brand is transparency and simplicity. The role of the brand is to invite people to dive into their games, and the best way to do that is to let the worlds shine through.

After a few deep thoughts and debates, the prism turned out to be the perfect physical representation of Ubisoft's graphic principles.

The beams of lights are the representation of the worlds Ubisoft creates and the people behind them. In the same way, the prism opens a singular beam of light into millions of colors, the Swirl opens all of the worlds to players.

From beginning to end, lights and colors are the common thread of the show that teases, reveals and enhances the content.

We also worked on custom transitions before each game announcement to dive the viewer into the next world ahead.
